Paula Poundstone is an American stand-up comedian who has an estimated net worth of $1.5 million.
Paula Poundstone started her career as a stand-up comedian when she started doing open-mic nights in Boston in 1979.
In 1990, Poundstone wrote and starred in the HBO special Cats, Cops and Stuff. She won a CableACE Award for best Standup Comedy Special.
During the 1992 Presidential campaign, she worked as a political correspondent for The Tonight Show. In 1993, Poundstone won a second CableACE Award.
